So I just bought a new CPU cooler, the old one I had was stock. Do I need to clean off the old thermal paste before I put the new cooler on?
How do I remove this old, super tacky thermal paste from around the CPU and GPU? Using Iso to at least clean off the top, but I'm unsure of the sides. Thanks! :
